The Latest: According to Reuters, on June 5, the Ministry of Construction issued a directive to three airlines—Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, and Sun Phú Quốc Airways—asking them to review and report on the progress of aircraft and component purchase agreements they had signed with the United States.
